Billing and renewal: Subscriptions continue and automatically renew unless canceled; recurring charges are authorized until cancellation, with billing cycles daily, monthly, weekly, or annually.
Free trial: A 15-day free trial is offered to new users; the account is not charged and the subscription is suspended until upgraded to a paid version at the end of the trial.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the contact information provided; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term (questions to contact@ownonlineshop.com).
Fee changes: Subscription fees may change and changes will be communicated per applicable law.

9. Prohibited activities

Informal negotiations
Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration, commencing upon written notice.
Binding arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to its Rules; three (3) arbitrators; seat New Delhi, India; language Hindi/English; governing law India.
Restrictions
Arbitration is limited to the dispute between the parties individually; no joinder with other proceedings, no class actions, and no representative actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exceptions
Not subject to informal negotiations or arbitration: disputes to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; disputes related to theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and claims for injunctive relief; such disputes proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction per the jurisdiction clause.
20. Corrections
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information; we reserve the right to correct and update without prior notice.
21. Disclaimer
