Returns
You have [3] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase/invoice is required.
- Products must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.
The following items cannot be returned
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened software, games, or digital downloads
- Used earphones/headphones (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items with visible physical damage not caused during shipping
- Products with activated warranty or registered serial numbers
Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- You will receive the credit within [7-10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items can be replaced within 3 days of delivery.
- For replacements, we may first troubleshoot with you or arrange a technician visit

For products under manufacturer warranty:

- We are happy to assist with claim coordination if needed.
